Dr. Kisha founded ConnectME Consulting Group to establish a one-of-a-kind, results-driven consulting firm led by some of the most connected, innovative, and solution-driven consultants and strategists in the nation.  For two decades, she has had the pleasure of partnering with K12 institutions, post-secondary institutions, community-based business organizations, and individuals committed to personal and professional growth. Dr. Kisha is a firm believer in the power of connection. Growing up in rural south Alabama taught her to appreciate the simple things in life, however, her experiences in college and the career world are where she learned the true meaning of what it meant to “connect”. It is through her own personal and professional experiences she formed the belief that to be the best versions of ourselves, we must embrace the principle of connectedness as a foundational principle for all that we do.

Dr. Kisha earned her Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University, Master’s degree from Lesley University, another Master's degree from the University of Montevallo, an Education Specialist degree from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction degree from Capella University. She is a 2007 National Board Certified Teacher; 2017 renewed. She enjoys reading, traveling, surfing the web, going on "thought-walks", spending time with family/friends, and watching the Auburn Tigers play — WAR EAGLE!
